Your Responsibilities:

Grow Awareness: You’ll engage with consumers at promotional events and samplings to share the Southern Tier Story and responsibly introduce customers to our products through trial & salesmanship.​

Increase Distribution: You’ll establish relationships with key stakeholders at Southern Tier as well as their business partners to learn of placement opportunities, display amplification, and sampling/experiential events.​

Build Brand Affinity: You’ll marry memorable experiences with Southern Tier products to engage with our target audience and gain loyal consumers who give our brands a permanent space in the fridge!​

The Details:

• Program Duration: February-May (with the potential to extend into the next school year for applicable students) ​
• Time Commitment: 10 Hours/Month Consisting of 2-3 Key Blitz Periods​

Are you the right candidate?

Must have:

• Must be 21 or older​
• Passionate about Southern Tier products and the craft industry​
• Strong communication skills​
• Possessing an eager, outgoing, energetic, and confident personality​

Nice to have:

• At least a 3.0 GPA​
• Current Junior or Senior looking for resume-building experience in marketing, events, and sales ​
• Interested in a career in marketing, business, or entrepreneurialism ​
• Involved in a variety of on-campus organizations such as Greek Life or club sports​
• Familiar with and passionate about Southern Tier and/or the craft beer industry​
• Familiarity with marketing and sales basics, social media & graphic design also a plus​
• Previous brand ambassador or similar work experience​
